1. Are we sure to see dolphins on this trip?
In theory, there is a 90% chance of meeting dolphins on this trip. In practice, we have never yet failed to see them. However, sometimes we may see a few or even a dozen dolphins. There is no sure rule here. There are times when swimming with dolphins is not possible in strong waves, but there is always the option of snorkeling at the reefs.

2. Do you have to go into the water to see the dolphins?
No. As you can see from YouTube videos, dolphins can also be seen from a ship. Even people who can't swim will have the opportunity to see the dolphins live.

3. How will I know the bus/coach that is coming to pick me up?
The person who picks you up will have your room number and should give it to you. If you have trouble understanding the room number, they will show it to you on the phone. Not always the person who picks you up from the hotel will speak Polish. Often they are drivers only.

4. Are there any hidden costs during the tour?
Other than what is listed in the "Additional fees" list, there are no additional fees during the tour. Buying photos from a photographer or products in a water supermarket is not mandatory. If you are interested in using these services, there are additional costs involved. Tipping is not mandatory, but is welcome in Egypt. If you are satisfied with the service, surely the employees will be grateful for a tip.

5. What time is the hotel departure/return?
We pick up from the hotel in Hurghada between 7:30 and 8:00 am. The return from the tour is around 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. We will confirm the exact time of departure after the name of the hotel.

6. When and to whom should I pay for the tour?
Payment is made during the tour, usually on the ship. You pay the guide who will be with you.

7. Can I pay for my trip with another currency/card/bank transfer?
We accept payments in US dollars, euros, British pounds and Egyptian pounds. The tour price is converted at the current exchange rate and rounded up to the nearest euro, British pound or five Egyptian pounds. We do not accept card payments.
