Can I dive if I can't swim?

Of course! Swimming is not required for snorkeling. Moreover, scuba diving is often much better perceived by people who can't swim/fear the water than snorkeling with a mask and snorkel.

How old does a child have to be to go scuba diving with a cylinder?

At least 8 years.

How deep will we go?

The standard dive for beginners goes down to 5-6m. However, we take an individual approach to each person, so if someone is very afraid we dive less, if someone is very good in the water then the plunge is deeper.

How long is the journey?

The dive cruise lasts from about 8:00 a.m. to about 4:00 p.m. Of course, we pick up from hotels in advance, usually between 7:30 a.m. and 08:00 a.m., depending on the location of the hotel.

Why does the tour take almost a full day if we only dive twice for 20 minutes?

First of all, you need to swim to the reef before diving. A maximum of 2 people go underwater at a time with one instructor. There are several instructors, but with 20 dives there will definitely not be 10 instructors. So you dive one at a time, and those who don't dive at a certain time can snorkel with a mask and snorkel. In addition, there is also lunch on board between one dive and the next, and after lunch there is a break before going down to the water.

Can I dive if I have never done it before?

Of course! Beginner diving, known as intro diving, is diving for people who have little (or no) diving experience.

When can I not dive?

It is forbidden to dive 24 hours before the flight.

How many people go underwater with one instructor at the same time?

Up to two people at a time, but usually one instructor per person.

How long does a dive last?

A dive for beginners consists of two dives of about 20 minutes each. However, the length of time a person stays underwater depends largely on the person. If a person is comfortable underwater and is good at diving, he or she will stay underwater longer than a person who, for example, has trouble regulating ear pressure.

Can a person who does not want to dive take part in the cruise?

Yes, there can be accompanying persons on the cruise, who will snorkel only with a mask and snorkel. The price of the trip in this case is lower - $30.
