Yes, you will be guided around Hurghada by a guide. I assure you that you will be in good hands and can feel safe.
How do I know the bus/coach that will come for me?
The person who comes to pick you up has your room number and should give it to you. If you have trouble understanding the room number, he will show you the number on the phone. Polish-speaking people do not always pick you up from the hotel. Often they are drivers. But sightseeing in Hurghada is always done with a Polish-speaking guide.
When and to whom should I pay for the tour?

Yes, we can give the group free time to shop. We choose the places for shopping according to the needs of the group.
What time is the hotel departure/return?
For the pre-dinner tour we usually pick up around 9-10 a.m., the return is around 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. And for the post-dinner tour we pick up from hotels in the Hurghada area between 2 and 3 p.m., the return is usually around 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Is it possible to pay for the tour with another currency / card / bank transfer?
We accept payment in dollars, euros, British pounds, Egyptian pounds. We convert the tour price at the current exchange rate and round up to the nearest whole euro, British pound or five Egyptian pounds. We do not accept card payments, but we do accept Wise transfers .
