Old Cairo is the oldest part of the city (Misr el-Qadima)In Roman times a fortress and the city of Babylon grew here.The Christians who lived here began to spread their faith throughout Egypt, and how strong it was is evidenced by more than 20 surviving temples.Some of them will be the purpose of our trip.In addition to them we will see the oldest mosque and the oldest synagogue.
And then there are the Pyramids - the most famous and most anticipated place during our trips.Historical buildings that leave an incredible impression for a long time.

We will start the tour around 1:30-2:30 (Time depends on the location of the hotel). We will pick you up in a large, comfortable, air-conditioned bus. You will be accompanied and assisted at all times in Cairo by a Polish-speaking guide

You start your tour from Old Cairo, where the main points of interest are:

  •  Suspended Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary - one of the oldest churches in Egypt. Built in about the 3rd century AD.
  • Saint Sergius Church
  • Amr Ibn El As Mosque
  • Abram Ibn Azr Synagogue

Then you will head to Giza, where the main point of the trip will be an "encounter" with the pyramids and the Sphinx.
The stay, in what many call the cradle of civilization, will last about 1.5 hours. At the end of our stay in Giza we will spend about 30 minutes buying souvenirs.
At the end, full of wonderful, amazing emotions and impressions, we will make our way back to Hurghada and take you back to your hotel.

How much do you have to pay for children?

Is it worth visiting Cairo while in Hurghada?

Definitely yes! A trip to the capital of Egypt is a unique opportunity to see with your own eyes one of the world's greatest attractions - the majestic pyramids of Giza. In addition, you will have a chance to learn about the ancient treasures of the pharaohs collected in the famous Egyptian Museum. Although the bus trip will take about 6 hours, the experience will surely remain in your memory for a long time.

The distance between these cities is about 470 kilometers. Depending on traffic jams and stops, the bus trip from Hurghada to Cairo usually takes about 5-6 hours.

What to pay attention to when preparing for a trip?

Before you leave, ask your hotel to prepare dry provisions for the road. The basic snack provided by the organizer is usually a fairly modest meal. Dress in onions - it's hot in Cairo, but it can be chilly on the bus. Choose comfortable clothes, remembering to dress appropriately. For sightseeing, it is better to wear athletic shoes rather than sandals.
